Charles Dickens belongs to all the world. He is a titan of literature. I’m sure if dickens had lived nowadays, his books would have the same success as they had in the past. If he had been alive, surely, he would act like his heroes. Owing to his bright imagination and sound mind, it is possible that the cars would fly... Calling to mind the severe days of his childhood life, he wouldn’t wish children spend their childhood on working (Dickens began to work at the age of 12). If he appeared in one of his novels, for example, in “Oliver Twist” and were the richest hero of the novel , he would never let that weak and thinny boy be sad and unhappy. Moreover, if he lived in the 21 century and were very rich, I think he would adopt orphans and he would treat them as his own children. Being granted with strong character and firm will Dickens wrote and spoke about the problems and difficulties of his time trying to problems in that way. Nowever, a lot of things have been changed after his death. Now, we live in the time that Dickens couldn’t even imagine, a time full of both positive and negative elements. I think, he solve that hard would be able to change much more having a look at our reality.As he could portray the bitter reality and the criminal world of his time and he did it with great courageous. I’m sure , if he were alive he would say. “little has been done, we should do more and our best to change the world for better”.
